ひな ６歳の誕生日

週末の雨を境に一気に秋めいてきたシドニー

日中はまだ暑さを感じるけど、朝晩は上着が必要なほど寒い！

偶然にもひなとボーイフレンドのカドルズは同じ誕生年月　

ひなは22日、カドルズは29日で６歳になる

この子達が最初に出会ったのは子犬のしつけ教室

あの頃のひなは超お転婆で、逃亡癖があり（汗）

カドルズは駆けっこが大好きな子だった

雨の日以外は、ほぼ毎週末に公園デートを続け

今はリタイアカップルのように落ち着いたね〜（笑）

カドルズ：『ひな・・・』

カドルズ：『ひな、お誕生日おめでとう・・・』

 カドルズ：『ダディー、今日ってひなの誕生日でしょ？！』

今月はちょっと忙しいから

バースデーパーティーは４月にやろうね！

やっと季節の変わり目？

火曜日のシドニーは朝から雨が降ったり止んだりの空模様

気温は26℃ぐらい？

Knoll Park

（ノール・パーク）

ノール・パークはひなとボーイフレンド（カドルズ）のデートスポット

ここに来るとひなはいつもベンチへ真っ先に向かい

カドルズが来るまでいつまでもベンチの上で待ってます　

健気だね・・・

ひな：（カドルズまだかな？）

『ひな、今日はカドルズ来ないよ〜』

地元のカフェでランチ

上空はもう完全に秋なんですけどね・・・

気温25℃以上が連日続いているシドニーです

家を出た時はダーリングハーバーにあるベトナミィーズ・カフェで

ランチするつもりだったけど、外はかなり蒸し暑く、ダーリング

ハーバー手前のイタリアン・カフェでランチすることにした

イタリアン・カフェ - Biaggio Cafe - Pyrmont

（左）Freshly Squeezed Juice - Sweet Sunshine - orange, 

carrot, pineapple  5.50豪ドル（約470円）

（右）Smoothie - Mango Cheeks  8.00豪ドル（約685円）

 ‘Biaggio Big Breakfast’ 20豪ドル（約1,700円）

ポーチドエッグ、ソーセージ、ベーコン、焼きトマト、

マッシュルーム、アボカド、トースト

 ひな：（あたしにも何かちょうだい）

ダイエット中のひなにあげられるものはなかったけど、

トーストを端っこをほんの少しだけお裾分け

ここの店員さん、僕らが何も言わなくても

ひなのためにお水を出してくれた

やさしいね〜

食後はひなのブラッシングをして、

ほんのちょっとベンチでぼ〜っとして、

いつものように記念撮影

 対岸は工事中の超豪華6つ星ホテル＆カジノ施設

（オーストラリアで6つ星ホテル？ぷっ、冗談かい？！）

 『ひな、カメラ見て　はい、チーズ！』

 『今回も良い笑顔！サンキュ〜ひな！』

Is Winter here?／もう冬到来？

It's still Autumn here but Winter temperatures

covered Sydney today.

暦の上ではまだ秋季なのに、

今日は冬の空気がシドニーを覆いました。

Thick grey clouds reminds us of our Norway holiday.

分厚い灰色の雲がノルウェー旅行を思い出させます。

Many Shibas like to stay near a heater on a cold day or

 snuggle in a blanket.  But Hina is strong for cold temperatures 

and she doesn't like to be covered by a blanket.

多くの柴犬は冷える日に暖房の近くに居座ったり、

毛布に包まったりするのが好きなようですが、

ひなは寒さに強くて毛布を掛けられるのを嫌います。

 We had some cold showers this afternoon 

but it cleared before our walk.

昼過ぎに冷たいにわか雨が降りましたが、

夕方の散歩前には止みました。

Hina doesn't like walking in the night so just 

before sunset(about 5:00pm) I took her out.

暗くなってからの散歩がひなは嫌いなので、

日が沈む前（5:00pm頃）に散歩へ行きました。

 

Outside temperature is 10℃ at 7:15pm today.

Winter arrived earlier than last year.

今夜7:15pmの外気温は10℃

冬の到来が去年よりも早いようです。

ANZAC Bridge／アンザック・ブリッジ

 We went for walk to our local landmark - the ANZAC Bridge.

地元のランドマーク アンザック・ブリッジへお散歩

 A long hair pin curved slope leads to the viewpoint of the bridge.

長いヘアピンカーヴを進むと、その先に橋の展望台が現れます。 

The goal is almost there.

ゴールまであともう少し。

It took about 5 mins to get to the top.

Slope is not steep but finally we made it.

展望台までは地上からゆっくり歩いて５分ほど。

そんな急な坂道ではありませんが、やっと着きました。

“How's the view from here, Hina?”

“ここからの眺めはどうだい、ひな？”

 Actually it was very windy, noisy and air polluted place

because of the heavy traffic on the bridge all the time.

実はこの展望台、ものすごい強風、騒音、そして常に交通量の

多い環境のため空気が汚れています。

I can tell she is not so happy to stay here.

“Shall we go home, Hina?”

この表情だとあまり居心地が良くないようです。

 “そろそろ帰ろうか、ひな？”

Beautiful sunset but there might be some showers tomorrow.

きれいな夕焼けですが、明日はにわか雨の予報が出ています。

Giba Park／ギバ・パーク

This park is close to our place but

we haven't been here for a long time. 

近所の公園ですが、久しぶりにやって来ました。

As you can see it is a very relaxing park.

ご覧の通り、とてもリラックスできる公園です。

 Such a good location but

nobody's here during weekdays.  

こんな好立地なのに、平日は人っ子一人いません。

 Hina always sits on the same rock bench 

and likes to see the park from a high place.

 ひなはいつもの岩石ベンチに陣取って、

高みの見物をするのが好きです。

Since Hina has a good memories with dog friends in the park, 

she sits on the rock bench and waits for her friends to come. 

 Of course nobody came. 

良い思い出ばかりが詰まったこの公園。この日も友達が来るのを

ベンチに座って静かに待ってましたが、誰も現れませんでした。

 In the next five years, there will be 

more tall buildings appearing in the CBD.

CBD（中心街）には今後５年以内に
更に多くの高層ビルが出現します。

Beautiful autumn weather／きれいな秋晴れ

 We went for walk to Pirrama Park for brushing.

近所のピラマ・パークまでお散歩＆ブラッシング

 It was cool and windy weather today.  

今日は気温が低く、風もあって肌寒い陽気でした。

The Opera House is behind the Harbour Bridge.

オペラハウスはハーバーブリッジの向こう側にあります。

 

 The sunlight makes Hina feel comfortable.

お日様が暖かくて、眠くなったかな？

There was a loud airplane engine noise from sky. 

すると、上空から航空機の大きなエンジン音が・・・

 

That was a Qantas A380 flying to the Pacific Ocean.

カンタスのA380型機が太平洋へ向けて飛んで行きました。

We saw a beautiful sunset on Wednesday.

水曜日は素晴らしい夕焼けが見れらました。

Gymea Lily（ドリアンテス・エクセルサ）

Autumn rain is continuing in Sydney.
 According to the weather bureau, El Nino signs appearing now.  　
今秋は雨天続きのシドニー。

気象局によるとエルニーニョ現象の兆候が見れるそうです。

We went for a short walk during a break in the rain.

『お友達からメール来てた？』

She always stops at the same spot and sniffs this flower.
そして、ここに来るといつも立ち止まって

匂いを嗅ぐ花があります。

The flower name is Gymea lily.

They are native only on the east coast of Australia.

その花の名前はGymea lily　日本名ドリアンテス・エクセルサ

オーストラリアの東海岸側にしか自生しない珍しい花です。

The flower bud color is deep red and texture is glossy smooth. 
ツボミは真っ赤で、その質感はツルツル光沢感があります。

This one is already 2m tall and eventually they grow
5 - 6m tall towards to spring.  When spring comes,
the red flower blooms at the top end.
この時点で既に高さは2mぐらいありますが、
春にかけて５〜６mの高さまで細長く成長し、

その先端には大きな赤色の花を咲かせます。

Hina : “Oh, here is another one!” 
ひな：『あっ、ここにもあった！』

Even though winter has not yet started, Hina can't
wait to welcome the next spring season.
まだ冬は始まってませんが、既に春を待ちわびるひなでした。
