The Blue Mountains／ブルーマウンテンズ

After the dog charity event,
we moved to the Blue Mountains.
ドッグ・チャリティー・イベント会場を後にし、

その日の午後、ブルーマウンテンズに到着。 

We stayed at Waldorf Leura Gardens B&B Resort for three nights.
お世話になったワルドーフ・ルーラ・ガーデンズ・B&Bリゾート

We had stayed at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa twice 

in the past but this B&B is much cheaper - you can stay 

three nights here for the cost of one night at Lilianfels.  

It was reasonably priced B&B

１泊の料金で、こちらに３泊（朝食付き）できました。

A king size bed is front.  A single size bed is back. 
 My body sank a bit but the bed was just OK.
手前はキングサイズベッド、奥にシングルサイズベッド

ほんの少し沈むベッドでしたが、寝心地はまあまあでした。

Microwave, Electric Kettle, Fridge, Coffee&Tea sets.
All minimum items are here.  
電子レンジ、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、コーヒー＆紅茶セット

 こちらは使い勝手が良かったです。

There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap,
 body lotion and block soaps. 
バスルーム備品はシャンプー、コンディショナー、

ボディーソープ、ボディーローション、固形石鹸が各１個ずつ。

Shower Room & Bathtub

Only 1/3 covered shower glass so water splashed everywhere.

シャワールーム＆バスタブ

こちらではよくある1/3だけカバーしたシャワーガラス

水しぶきがあちこちに飛び散るデザインとなっています。

A good size backyard garden.
If you travel with your dog you should book this room. 
部屋の外にはちょうどいいサイズの裏庭

愛犬同伴でしたら庭付きの部屋の予約をお勧めします。

 

 It was mid May so the autumn color was so beautiful.

Japanese maple were everywhere around the Blue Mountains.

滞在した５月中旬は紅葉真っ盛り

ブルーマウンテンズではこのような色鮮やかなモミジが

あちらこちらに見れらます。

 We had a delicious breakfast.

こちらで美味しい朝食をいただきました。

This is our breakfast.  You can have cereal too.
朝食メニューはベーコン、ソーセージ、卵料理、ベイクト・ビーンズ、

焼きトマト、トースト＆ジャム各種、シリアル、カット・フルーツ

フルーツ・ジュース（りんご、オレンジ、他）

While we're having breakfast, Hina stayed in the room quietly.
僕らが朝食を取ってる間、ひなは部屋で大人しくお留守番

All in all we are satisfied with this B&B.  But if you ask us
would you like to stay again?  Our answer might be
 "Ummm, I don't know".
The building wall is thin so we could hear the next door
conversation and since there is only one chair
it's a bit difficult to have a meal inside the room.

こちらのお宿、可もなく不可もなく、

また泊まりたいかと問われたら、う〜ん、どうでしょ〜う？

部屋の壁が薄いのか、隣り客の会話は聞こえてくるし、

部屋で食事した際は椅子が一脚だけだった

ので少々不便を感じました。
